By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Slenderit, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to purchase from us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Slenderit as responsible for the personal information.

Events outside Slenderit control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

All pricing stated is inclusive of shipping costs.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Slenderit, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to purchase from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Slenderit for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Slenderit as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Slenderit and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Slenderit to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Slenderit Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

​

Events outside Slenderit control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Slenderit is released from Slenderit obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

​

All products remain Slenderit property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Slenderit.

All transfers conducted through Slenderit are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

 

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST Slenderit, OR ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES, MAY ONLY BE PURSUED AND BROUGHT IN FINAL AND BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING A CLAIM IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF (LEAD OR OTHERWISE) OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

 

This arbitration provision sets forth the terms and conditions of our agreement to final and binding confidential arbitration and is governed by and enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act (the “FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, as amended. In the event you elect to proceed with binding arbitration, you shall provide written notice to Slenderit by registered or certified mail and shall describe in such notice, with reasonable particularity, the nature and basis of such claim and the total amount of the claim. The written notice shall be emailed to: info@slenderit.com. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute arising from the claim by good faith negotiations within the thirty (30)-day period following receipt of the written notice, either party may initiate binding arbitration pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The arbitration will be governed by the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, “AAA Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and will be administered by the AAA. If the AAA is unavailable or refuses to arbitrate the parties’ dispute for any reason, the arbitration shall be administered and conducted by a widely-recognized arbitration organization that is mutually agreeable to the parties, but neither party shall unreasonably withhold their consent. The AAA Rules are available online at www.adr.org. Unless otherwise agreed, the arbitration shall take place in the capital city of the state in which the consumer resides, but may proceed telephonically in the event the total amount of the claim does not exceed $2,500 U.S. dollars (if the claimant so chooses).

Separate and apart from the agreement to arbitrate set forth above and to the extent permitted by law, you hereby independently (i) waive any right to bring or participate in any class action against Slenderit and (ii) acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes between the parties and non-severable from the agreement to arbitrate claims.

Return Policy

​

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
 

We have developed and used automated systems to ship products as quickly as possible to ensure timely reception of your order. If you have placed an order and wish to have it canceled, we will do our very best to process your cancellation request prior to your order shipping.

If your order has already shipped, the cancelation of the order cannot be effective.

Please contact our support staff at info@slenderit.com to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Purchases can only be returned within 7 days of arrival.

Once an authorization has been provided you will need to do the following steps:

  1. Return the package to the address given by the support representative. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  2. All returned packages must be via Priority mail with a tracking number.

  3. We highly recommend that when returning a package you insure it for its purchase price.

Insuring your package will minimize your liability while in transit, ensuring that any damage such as the box being damaged or any other circumstance during transit will be covered by the insurance you obtained.

​

Please make sure you follow the recommendations below:

  1. Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the package right away.

  2. Report any visible external damage to the product upon arrival contact our customer support team, providing a picture of the product.

  3. If the product does not appear to be suitable for consumption contact our customer support team, providing a picture of the product.

Products that are returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization issued by our Support Team will not be accepted. This also applies to packages returned without an RMA and that are damaged, altered, have broken seals and labels are considered non-resalable or not suitable for consumption. The aforementioned conditions voids the return policy.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@slenderit.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
 

Shipping and handling, postal and inspection charges are non-refundable.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, please contact us at info@slenderit.com with request and we will remove your details within next 48 hours.
